4.1-The feeding system adopts servo drive and operates synchronously with the mechanical transmission part. There is no crossover and there will be no interference with the collider. The forming station adopts double camber indexing cam + 11 independent function assemblies, which has high reliability, simple maintenance, high running speed and low energy consumption.
5.1-The bottom press adopts a constant pressure type, double bearing support structure, the bottom press bearing has a longer life (up to one year), and the bottom press has a modified notch (customized according to the thickness of the mold paper), so that the bottom press is suitable for the cup. The pressure of the bottom press is more uniform (constant tension), and the bottom adhesive seal is better. In addition, when the bottom is pressed, the pressing side has been lifted, so that the bottom pressing outer mold and the cup body male mold sleeve are formed together, and the bottom is not easily squeezed to form wrinkles, which reduces the leakage of the bottom of the cup body caused by poor molding.
