1.It is designed with drum-type cam indexing and positioning, which offers high precision indexing and positioning as a result of its good inertia-resistance capability.

3.Photoelectric failure-detecting system is available.PLC control system for the whole bowl forming process .Servo control to send bottom paper of bowl, deliver bottom when bowl tube come, otherwise no bottom delivery.
4.Switzerland Leister heating device is equipped on bowl body and bottom adhesion step .Bowl-bottoms are heated at first before they are fed ,thus improving heating effect and helping guarantee knurling quality.
